    I would just use a monitor to display the instruments, it usually looks pretty good if you have high resolution gauges.

    There does not exist Il-62 gauges for X-Plane. Just partially in Flight Simulator 2004 now but isn't finished yet and will be released to FSX/Prepar3D (if it works). I do not like gauge with pixels.

    I found a much more complete panel:

    I tried it in FSX, the results were not good. They're not xml gauges, so I can't fix them. You should probably get FS9 and use it there. 727 builders ghet FS9 so they can use Dreamfleet.

    The gauges in the panel look very high detailed, I think the effect will be quite good if you use them on a screen.

    I know about this airplane; that's this airplane I'm talked about. I do not accept gauge with pixels in the cockpit unless if it is PFD and such.
