    Auto start Lekseecon after FSX

    HELP! In order to get my windows opening to the correct size and monitors, I start FSX from a saved file on the desktop.(Win7, LVLD767, SIOC. This works fine except that I can't start Lekseecon as FSX is full screen so I can't see the desktop or taskbar. If I task switch(ALT/TAB) and then start Lekseecon, when I switch back to FSX the windows are screwed/ Is there a way to get Lekseecon to auto start after FSX starts?

    I've looked through the threads but can't see it there

    You can try with L4SCRunner from Encore Solutions (its free). Itīs an script based program (similar to .bat files) to launch .exe programs.
    The scripts are very simple, editable with Notepad.
    Only 4 reserved words
    Echo, Pause, Start and Wait for server at.

    ECHO text
    Used to show a text in screen.
    Example:
    echo STARTING FS

    PAUSE nn
    Used to stop script nn seconds.
    Example:
    pause 10

    START programa.exe [minimize|maximize|hide]
    Used to start a program or file recognized by the computer.
    Example:
    start c:\programas\microsoft games\ fsx\fsx.exe

    WAIT FOR SERVER AT {ip|nameserver}ort
    used to stop an script until a given PC (which can be localhost) is run a TCP or UDP server on the specified port.

    Example:
    wait for server at 129.168.1.1:8080

    The script must be renamed form .txt to .run and must be in the same folder of L4SC

    Example script to start FS, and , when iocp server is ready, run SIOC.
    Later you can append a line to start leeksekon

    echo Starting FS
    start C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Fs9.exe
    echo Waiting activation of IOCPServer
    Wait for server at localhost:8090
    echo Start SIOC
    start C:\Program Files\IOCARDS\SIOC\Sioc.exe
    echo Start Leeksekon
    start C:\Program Files\ Leeksecon\leeksekon.exe

    Send me a private message, if you cannot find the program.
    I can send to you only by mail. (too big for uploading in the file library)

    Regards.
    Horacio.

    Re: Auto start Lekseecon after FSX

    Geoff,

    Why not let FSUIPC do the work for you?

    I have something like this in FSUIPC4.ini:

    [Programs]
    Run1=READY,CLOSE,"C:\Program Files\IOCards\SIOC\sioc.exe"
    Run2=READY,CLOSE,"C:\Program Files\IOCards\Modules\IOCModules.exe"
    Run3=READY,CLOSE,"C:\Program Files\IOCards\Modules\USBLcd\IOClcd.exe"
    Run4=READY,CLOSE,"C:\Program Files\lekseecon\lekseecon.exe"

    Hi,
    I agree with Per-Erik, the easiest way is via the FSUIPC Run options.

    @Perik: Just curious, why are you running IOCModules.exe?

    Hi Nico,

    I know you should ask

    Well I've run the MultiRadio module in this way since 2008.
    Even if it may be possible to address the unit through SIOC,
    I think I'll keep it this way until the Pedestal is ready within the next 10 years

    Works great BTW.
