Re: News from The German Bell-209 TAH-1F Cobra sim pit

yeah, the FSX cobra we tried was not realsitic. If there is a Xplane10 Cobra then I think we will go that route. The one thing cool about FSX is the ability to use the CS weapons program.

Im sorry if Cody didnt respond much to emails, he doesnt get on a computer very often.

Is your cockpit connected to a computer in any capacity? Im flying the F-4 Phantom sim around Nellis AFB today at 11:30 PST to practic touch and goes on PilotEdge and it would be awesome to have a cobra operating from the helicopter pad at Nellis AFB.

In the real cobra the wind noise was very loud at over 100 kts.

    Andy,
Is your sim flyable and have tried it with PilotEdge?

    Hello All,
long time passed by and my pit changed in a few items. Got an original intrument panel , so the complete work in disassembling and reassembling inclusive the total wiring starts new. But I think the momentary result was it worth. Still looking urgently of the measures of the glareshield which covers the caution lights right and left and the air vent panel dinmensions.
Would like to come in contact with Cody or other Cobra builders to change information.
Attached some pics of the new status.
Have fun in the new year.
