    Lekseecon & Cdu v3

    Hi Nico,

I finally got myself an open cockpits CDU and struggling my first steps with SIOC. Using your scripts for OCM & for exec&msg lights I managed to finally get it to communicate.

However the CDU v3 is a 737 CDU replica, hence it has some difference in the order of buttons. Is there any way to change the assignments in a way that, for example, when I push the button labeled "Menu" on my hardware it will send the menu command and not the "FIX" command (whereas the fix button is located in this spot on the big Boeing CDUs)?

    Thanks in advance,
    Ilan

    Hi Ilan,
Yes you can change these assigments by changing the linkage between an integer code coming from the CDU (upon a key press) and the lekseecon variable for an FMC key in the Level-D767. Change that linkage in my SIOC script 5.1_FMCKeys.txt (in the ocm folder of lekseecon) and recompile.

One way to find out the integer code of each key is to run IOCPconsole and look at the contents of variable 6000 when pushing a key.

    Regards,
    Nico

Thanks Nico for the quick reply!

So basically you are saying the answer is using the 69 keys file instead of the single command file for the P&p modules, and then modify it to my needs?

    Indeed.
The single var file is for the 747/767 CDU of Opencockpits.
