    v9.5 problems

Hi Nico. I have three problems using the new Lekseecon v9.5. 1) On pushing the battery button the Right Gen push led comes on and will not go off on pressing the button. It goes off only when the battery button is pressed again to off. I have changed the code as per your 2.8 example.2) The cabin alt and pressure displays are lit in cold and dark prior to pressing the battery button. They remain lit when switching the battery off again. 3) My annunciators for seatbelts and no smoking are not lit on pressing the battery button. If both of the switches are moved to the on position and then back to off they then light up. They then continue to work as normal. When switching the battery off they remain lit. I have tried using the batteryoff state and others instead of cold and dark and also the alternate cold and dark text. If I go back to v9.4 all are working correctly again. Sorry if this post looks strange, it would not let me use the return key and other functions. Regards Mick

    Re: v9.5 problems

    Hi Mick,

    1) I'm sorry, the Manual is wrong wrt vars 776 and 880, it should read:

    5 Left Gen Switch pushed
    6 Left Drive Connected
    7 Right Drive connected
    8 Right Gen Switch pushed

So you have to take bit 8.

2 and 3 ) I'm not aware I changed someting in the related variables. It must be something with the SIOC code you added that is not sufficient in the new 9.5 'bus' solution.
Let me think and please you post your Seatbelt annun code.

    Best regards,
    Nico

    Hi Mick,

I think I've found the problem causing your 2) and 3). I'll make a fix soon.
EDIT: try lekseecon (9.6) and let me know, just download lekseecon.exe from here.

    Cheers,
    Nico

    Re: v9.5 problems

    Hi Nico,

The Right Gen Push is now working correctly.

The Passenger annunciators and the Cabin alt, Pressure displays still do not come on when pressing the Battery button from Cold & Dark. But come on when the Stby switch is moved to auto. If this is then turned back to off they stay on. When the Battery button is pressed again back to Cold & Dark they are still on. When Battery button is pressed again they go out and then go through the same sequence again. I have also noted that if the Battery button is pressed repeatedly some times they come on and sometimes they do not go off again.

    Hi Mick,

Try lekseecon (9.6) again, and let me know, just download lekseecon.exe from here.

    Re: v9.5 problems

    Hi Nico,

The seatbelt, no smoking, cabin altitude and pressure are working correctly.
    I now have the following.
Left Yaw damper switch works along with it's led but there is no inop annun lit up when it is off. Right Yaw damper switch only lights up the Left Yaw damper inop annun when pressed and then off again when pressed again.

Both Cargo Heat switches and led's do not work. All the Window Heat switches have the inop led's lit and these go out when the switches are pressed but there are no on led's.

Only switch working on the fuel panel is the Left Aft Pump, the led also lights. When the panel is all off back to Cold and Dark this remains lit. Pushing the Upper Fuel Xfeed switch lights up the Rev Isolation annnun momentarily. There is also no Fuel Config annun lit.

One other minor thing to mention that has been happening for a while now is sometimes on starting Lekseecon the Right Fuel Run switch on the throttle moves into the on position. I just shut down Lekseecon and Sioc move it back to off with the mouse and start both programs again and all is fine. Everything else seems to work ok.
    Regards,
    Mick

    Re: v9.5 problems

    Hi Mick,
    Thx for the feedback.

I've re-aligned the inop bits of the Yaw Dampers with the Manual (so bits 1 and 3). (download 9.6 exe from the same link).

Note that version 9.5 did not change anything with respect to controls (switches)....So I'm surprised.
However, what did change are the lights for momentary switches. ON lights have moved to new variables with built in support. Just to check: Did you take good notice of all the changes in the Manual?

About the Throttle issue: do you have a hardware fuel run switch ?

    Regards,

    Nico
