Boeing Simparts B737 Throttle - assembling

    Hello guys,

I bought a 737 throttle from a private person. The throttle is an simparts.de kit and was pre-assembled while I got it.
I encountered some issues during motorisation. Does anyone of you has also this throttle and can me give some hint and an information on the measurement.

The part I am talking about is this one:

The 3 distance elements have different lenght. I think they are built in the wrong order.

Therefore the throttle #1 (right side) is running pretty sticky and #2 (left side of the picture) has a very easy motion.

Maybe someone can give me a hint or can take a look at his throttle. Before I disassemble the whole throttle I would like to know what parts need to be changed. I didn't found a description or manual on the company's website which will cover this part.

Thanks a lot for your help.
    Markus

    Hi Markus,

I have the same TQ, let me check mine out tonight and ill drop you a mail.

BTW. on mine the soldering has come loose on the Engine reverser and I have a hard time in figuring out which connections they need to be soldered back to, could you try and make a picture close up of your reverser set up?

    Tks
    Peter

I just measured mine..indeed looks like yours is not correct
The two outerones need to be identical which leaves the center one being a bit larger, not much but a bit larger

    Good luck

    Hi Peter,

Do you have the throttle motorized? We are sitting in the moment in front of the Throttle and are wondering how the Motor should move the leveler...
If you have it motorized Eiter with Servos or dc motor please can you Post a picture here.
During the Last days we have disasembled and corrected the wrong bolts. Now its moving as ist should move.

I will take a Detail picture of the reverser section and will Upload it within the next hours.
    best regards, Markus

    Hello,
Are you able to operate the throttle and do you know if you can still find this kit?
