Using screenshots of panels in fsx for cockpit builds

I've heard of guys who can take screenshots of panels (somehow) and print them for panel use. I'd like to get the side panels of the f18 or f16 in poster format. Heck the whole cockpit would be ideal. How are you guys doing this? Hardware/software involved?

Not sure if this will help you but it's a program that will print out in poster form on a regular printer. It's from the site of Juan Cordon . I tried it for MIP of the 738 but I couldn't get it to come out proper size for my liking and wasn't about to spend a fortune in ink to get there, but having said that..it was close.
