Goflight are the only people that come to mind.

Goflight is the only one I can think of. There is a startup company on Facebook called Panda Simulations based out of FLorida that is planning on selling MIPS around 600US. I think a US maker would charge astronomical prices compared to the competition for major parts.

Re: Are there any US based home cockpit parts makers??

I just talked with GoFlight at the EAA air show in Oshkosh, Wisconsin this past weekend. They had their B737 modules set up for demonstration. They had an MCP, TQ, yoke, rudders and something else I don't recall. The Modules are not to scale, I would say probably 80% to 90% of the real size. They look very professional, metal casings and panels, although the TQ throttles and speed brake and flap handles felt a little flimsy. It did have working thrust reverses though. The one item I was really impressed with though was the yoke. Very nice feel, built from solid aluminum. Just the way I remembered it...(2500 hrs of B737-800 time). The only problem was the switches were not replica.

    Hi Seaiii,

Thanks again for coming by and seeing us at our booth. I wanted to note on one of the comments about the yoke. The decision to not make it an exact replica was very intentional. The reason for this, is that no matter how much we try, we are not flying the real thing. Therefore, there are functions that are very much needed when simulating flight. Most importantly, the hat switch for internal cockpit views. For this reason, the left handle is not 1 for 1 replicated.

But as you saw, the whole yoke system is very durable and the handle itself is a replicated 737 handle. A great piece to have in your home build for sure. Thanks again for stopping by, and for your honest assessment of our gear. We welcome those comments!

    Thanks again!
