    Basic Help, please.

    Hello caps,

    First of all, sorry if my issue is already pointed out and also if seems really basic. I'm a OC beginer. I own the OC EFIS. In order to usit with NGX, I've downloaded ocp4ngx scripts and oc4ba software v15.02.2013, everything installed properly and EFIS tested, I can't interface with NGX EFIS via my OC EFIS. I carefully followed the installation guide included in the .zip file but doesn't work. Please, see the 2 pictures attached and let me know what I'm going wrong. I'm don't know if I have to run OCP4NGX and SIOC software before FSX or after that. Some help will really appreciated

    Thanks

    Ivan Lewis.

    Re: Basic Help, please.

    first your sioc.ini is incorrect need to change it to following:

    MASTER=7,7,1,38

    you have 7,7,1,97

    if you look in your sioc window it says word device=38 that is the number you need to use at the end you will notice it will not say * after IDX = * it should say IDX = 7 .....

    you first start FSX then after aircraft is loaded and done run the OCP4NGX then click on 737 picture left corner then click on cockpit in OCP4NGX it will run sioc automatically and it should work..

    try the above and see if it helps...
    in sioc.ini also where it says MINIMIZED=yes make it NO i find it helps to see the window when trying to get stuff working

    you should not actually have to run sioc.exe manually the program OCP4NGX will open it automatically after you click on cockpit picture that is also why i say to choose NO for minimized

    little bit more info here see if it helps you... just my mumbojumbo
