    Cool tip for all builders: Cockpit ambient lighting

    There's been a long and interesting conversation how it would be possible to create somekind of ambient lightning inside the cockpit. The problem remains same with the home cockpits and commercial products. During daytime the lightning inside the cockpit is too dark compared to real life. This is definitely a solution worth of investigating:

    In our cessna-sim, www.lentosimulaattori.com we will replace the sky view windows with a semi-clear polycarbonate plastic, then add the ambient led unit. This way you could possibly get some very nice results:

    Just wanted to post this if someone else is thinking same issues.

    Wow, this is awesome. I may just give this a go. Father-in-law has the phillips TV; we'll see how I can implement this on my samsung and future projectors.
