Using the AMD Bulldozer 8 Core Processor

    Hi all,

Has anyone used the AMD Bulldozer 8 Core 8150 Processor with FSX? I just wondered how it fares against an Intel i7 processor. Of course it's a lot cheaper and I believe the Graphics card makes a huge difference when it comes to frame rates.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Cheers
    Joe.

FSX is cpu intensive, graphics cards up to a point do not offer any real bonus to fps.
Can't speak of the AMD chip, I am still running an old Q6600 quad core.
