Missing .dll file

Hi All,
how do i go about installing a missing .dll file?

It is the MSVCR80.dll

The following msg comes up when starting the PM ABGC program;

Runtime error
Program c:\ABGC\abgc.exe
R6034

This happens twice then i get;

Executable c:\abgc\abgc.exe
Couldn't find library MSVCR80.dll (required by windows/system32/atiadlxx.dll)

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Jan i tried this already, i put the dll in2 the system32 folder, reinstalled the video driver with no luck.
