Re: Lekseecon Running with 4 Warnings?

    Hi Steven,

    Lekseecon is running fine.

    About these Warnings:
Read section 7.4 of the Manual. This is an Opencockpits problem. You can prevent these warnings, if you want, by adding the startup positions of these rotary switches in a file lekseecon.ini. They were there in version 8.1 too, in the log, not in the main window.
You can also choose to just neglect them.

Don't know why your modules do not light up... Is your cockpit cold and dark?
Try the lights test of the MCP.

EDIT: Did you run ocm_configurator.exe ?

    regards,
    Nico

Re: Lekseecon Running with 4 Warnings?

Thanks for the info Nico...yes, I ran the ocm_configurator.exe but it couldn't find my modules so I had to edit the .ini manually...I don't know if this contributes to the Lekseecon problem but I've been having trouble with the Captain's CRS rotary on my OC MCP...every time I try to turn it my MCP goes off-line and SIOC does not recognize it...don't know what the problem is...OC thinks maybe a scripting bug...I can't find any problem in the script...also when the MCP "is" working, the CRS initiates with a course of 176 instead of 000 or 360...FO CRS initiates with 344 but is useable and does not disconnect the MCP like the CPT CRS does...wierd!?!?!

Any other words of wisdom, Nico?...I really appreciate your help!!

Re: Lekseecon Running with 4 Warnings?

The CRS windows should initiate with the values in the Level-D panel... Try to change these values with the mouse in the panel and see what happens.

If the CRS rotary on the MCP causes the MCP to go off-line I'd suspect a hardware problem.

I see nothing in the log file about lekseecon having problems.

I'd suggest that you switch off the MCP and test the other 3 modules first. Comment out the MCP in the MASTER section of sioc.ini and change the CONFIG_FILE parameter in sioc.ini to ...\efis_atc_comm.ssi

Re: Lekseecon Running with 4 Warnings?

Hi Nico...I can't test the CRS rotary because MCP is black (All modules work fine if running SIOC Autoconfig with other aircraft)...LVL-D starts up with engines running ready for take-off, not Cold and Dark...another thing, I have no Lekseecon.ini file in My Documents, just both log files...

    Thanks again!

Re: Lekseecon Running with 4 Warnings?

You have to create a lekseecon.ini file yourself (see the Manual...). But, that will only let the warnings disappear. It has nothing to do with your problem...

The MCP script is fine, it also runs at my place with lekseecon 8.2

If possible, post a screen shot first of your SIOC window while your modules are dark.

and after that: like I suggested. Try to run with 3 modules first.

Congratulations.. but I still don't see what the lekseecon.ini has to do with your modules staying dark... Could you post the contents of your lekseecon.ini and your leksecon.log?
