OC DisplayII card modified PIC code

Hello guys, for those who are pretty focused on particulars, I am glad to inform you that to those guys interested in, I have a modified version of the DisplayII card PIC made by Erik Hoddo on my request that will introduce few changes;

1) Digit 6 is now displayed as default with upper segment (normal 6 won’t be avail anymore)
2) Digit 9 is now displayed by default with lower segment (normal 9 won’t be avail anymore)
3) The command –999997 that was used before to display the 6 with upper segment is now used to display letter “L” used in 767 DME to specify if VOR frequency is tuned to a LOC with DME.
