Curved screen 1 projector setup
Installed my new projector, a Benq MP782ST. I made a curved screen from a 3 mm thick plastic carpet attached to the cieling. Works fine. Zoom factor is set to 0.40 (FS2004). The front view almost covers both front windows. Warp software from Fly EliseNG.

Looks fantastic, Per! How did you attach the carpet to the ceiling? Do you have a pic of that?

Re: Curved screen 1 projector setup
Thanx
I use a curved plastic tube as rail and the carpet is attached to the tube via wires. A very simple setup!!

Re: Curved screen 1 projector setup
I bought a 3 mm thick plastic carpet, cut to 1.5 x 4.5 meters. The backside is white and fits perfect as a smooth curved screen. Easy to build, not too expensive. If I make another screen i would probably build a curved wooden bar as rail.

Re: Curved screen 1 projector setup
Hm, I'm interested in setting up a dual projector 180 degree setup, but perhaps I'll start with one projector first. What FOV are you getting?
