    Re: interfacing a flaps lever

Because my simulater aircraft, a Piper Tripacer, has discrete "notches" for the four flap settings (0, 15, 30, & 40 degrees) I am using small micro switches to indicate each state. When the flap lever is moved to a notch, one of the switches will close and can be read by a card like the BU0836.
