    I am not a partner of RBS. I just told you my experience! And are awarded at the service of this Company! And I stand by it. And I'm not even angry. As you have probably misunderstood something.
    My problems were solved immediately with the TQ Eren via e-mail. And one problem was my fault. I have changed in the Scribt values ​​and thus functioned e.g. automatic PB after that they stoped working
    Unfortunately I can not continue to participate in the discussion because I have to go to the hospital. But I tell you: you look optimistically into the future! RSP WILL help you

    Hi Nick,

    I am having the exact same problems with RSP.. I have been waiting 11 months and have not seen my TQ. I have asked for my money back as it has become unacceptable. Have you had an update?

    Hi Nick and Diago,

    I have had similar communication problems with R.S P.
    I am currently waiting on my TQ which i purchased over three months ago.
    Its not that i want my T.Q right now. All i ask is for an estimate on the completion date, but i just get silence.

    I also get no response in regard to stock availability (i need the central interface card to get the gauges working).
    I believe that the support should start from when all that money is handed over. (At least shine a little light as to the progress of your product).

    If this is how the support from R.S.P is going to be from now on then i guess i am in trouble. I'm sure i will be in need of plenty, when my product finally does arrive.
    Its a shame they have poor support, when they make such good stuff.

    @Diego- 11 Months??, have you had any updates yet?

    My TQ on its way.
    Just to clear things up:
    I have had contact from RSP since i made payment (Three months ago), so it wasnt as bad as my previous post may have sounded. I just got a bit concerned when it when past the "expected completion date", with no follow up of update as to what was going on. And then seeing some poor bloke had been waiting 11 months for his TQ(recent post), i guess i just got a bit concerned.

    Hi Tom,

    I am indeed still waiting, its nearly been a full year now. I was told by Eren that i would have it shipped two weeks ago. Again.. ive seen nothing.. I dont know whats going on.. Ive given Eren the benefit of doubt many times.

    I must say when people are getting there TQ before me, i do feel very frustrated.

    Thanks for letting us know that you at least did get your TQ.

    OK.. so i too have just been in correspondence with Eren and he advises that my TQ will finally ship next week. He has apologies for the inconvinience. I let you know when i get it!
