    f-4e build tips

I am building an f-4e cockpit with rear projection system attached around the canopy but with a separation between the projection screen and canopy to give a more realistic look... any ideas?

The best thing you can do is look at as many simpit project sites as you can. See what other people have done. Make note of what appeals to you. Impressive simulators have been built from wood, from plastic sheet, from aircraft salvage, and from old cars. Being clever helps keep the out-of-pocket cost down. A lot depends on the skills you bring to the hobby and what sort of resources you can call upon. Check out http://www.mikesflightdeck.com/simpi...pit_links.html for a list of project sites.
