Hi all,
just read the post about SMD soldering and after looking around in the internet I decided to go that way for all my custom platines and circuits for the servos, 7 segments etc etc... I have one simple soldering iron that you just plug into the wall and let it heat up but however there is no heat control or anything like that. I found this http://www.ebay.com/itm/2IN1-SMD-SOL...ht_2722wt_1141 on ebay and wanted to know if it would be a good buy as it also has hot air (something you can always use) I don't need maximum precision with the temperature or fast warm up.

hope you can help me,

Marc
