    DVATX and Servos

    Hi all,

I've finally started building a new TQ for my 737 and this one (I hope), will be motorised. I intend to us Diego's DVATX and the Phidgets Advanced Servo card.
So rather than reinvent the wheel, can you folk tell me what servos you used and the type of linkage between them and the throttle handles. I've looked at various web sites selling linkages for remote cars etc. but I'm not sure these will be strong enough.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Regards

    Joe.

    G'Day Joe...

In my first TQ I used HS-815BB...cheap and strong...minimum required.
I used 3/16 threaded rod and matching connectors (yes hobby stuff)

    Hi Nat,

Thanks for the info, where did you get your connectors from? and what type of arms did you use on the servos?

    Cheers
    Joe.

Thanks Nat, that's brilliant, now I know what to look for I'll see if there's a UK supplier that sells this stuff.

    Cheers

    Joe.
