Instruments on LCD. Looking for program.

    Hi!
I'm looking for programs like magenta GA IFR panel but cheeper .
I found PEIX GA panel in 29 euro price but this program shows gauge frames with knobs and showing instruments are in low quality.

I found one freeware program too but this program don't show VOR/ILS and other IFR instruments (only basic 6).

    so,
Do you know other programs or other solutions?

I need program with IFR instruments of course.

    Thanks a lot

Yep, I think Skino has pretty much summed them all up. Another program is Sim Meters. (http://www.simmeters.com).

I think PM GA IFR is only £150 now, worth considering!

Re: Instruments on LCD. Looking for program.

Peter has summed up very nicely the latest available guages on the market. Many have come down in price with the surge in tecnological innovation, and programming techniques so simbuilders are much better off in finding programs and software than 20 years ago.

Re: Instruments on LCD. Looking for program.

    Vectro,
I don't understand how it works: Reality xp is pack of gauges modification for FS.

I would like to display gauges on first lcd and fs flight graphics on second lcd (like magenta).

Alex Jay, Magenta is too expensive for statistical polish student :P

    any idea?

    Thanks

Re: Instruments on LCD. Looking for program.

With FS Panel Studio you can design anykind of panel you want.

You can use FS9 or FSX default gauges or then go and buy one step more professional gauges like Reality XP. For multiple views there are several ways but the easiest way is to use both outputs from your display adapter, open and undock two windows; one for gauges and another for outside view.

By adding matrox triplehead2go adapter you can have 3 outside views + one gauge panel.

My opinion is that Reality XP Flightline T and N packages are the most cost efficient and professional way to go.
Reality XP gauge movement and graphics are is much better than the default FS gauges.

    Go here:
    http://www.reality-xp.com/flightsim/...res/index.html

    and choose: compare
