    I can not get into communication with Simproducts Revolution.

    Hi all.

    a month ago I placed an order for a trothel, after I confirmed the payment Eren and that everything was in place. A week ago I try to get in touch via email and receive no response,
    I have read that a month ago I had problems with the health of his father, but not anything else and I would like to hear about the status of my order and know the reason for the lack of response to my emails, if the health of their parent or any other problem, but know that because I worry a little no news.

    Raul,

    I was in Paris last weekend and Eren was very busy getting a big project "of the ground", they were doing overtime in the weekend. He is very busy at the moment (perhaps also due to the problems you mentioned, that they have a back log which they are trying to tackle). This may be a reason for the delay in communications.

    Eren usually responds.

    Today I received an email from Simproducts Revolution, Everything is going great, only they have a high burden of work (that's a good sign) and the health of a loved one has made ​​is a bit delayed.
    I am satisfied with the response and quiet that my order soon can I go get it!

    I am a very happy customer of SIM Revolution! Dont worry about there timeplan, it will always take longer then exxpect but it worth every day waiting.
    The linked yokes work perfect. An I had to wait 6 month ...

    Hi Raul,

    I just read your other post. Im glad you got your throttle.

    From my side, this is really unacceptable for me now! 2000 euros spent, and nothing to show for it.

    I read your post, and I find it incredible that you're talking about simproducts Revolution.
    I can I will discuss my experience with them, and they've really taken some time but have always responded very well. I imagine you've tried to contact them .... and it is rare that you do not answer, try to contact Eren, eyavi@revolution-simproducts.com

    Hi Raul,

    I can assure you that over the last 11 months, i have emailed Eren many times.

    However the good news is that Eren has emailed me today and offered a refund or if i am willing to wait 2 weeks, he will send through the TQ.

    I have given RSP the benefit of the doubt one final time and have agreed to wait 2 weeks. Hopefully i will have good things to say in 2 weeks!

    Im sure they are good people, but when you are told 2 weeks and it takes 11 months, it is easy to get very worried.
