    I suggest you review all available avionics packages to see which has the functionality and ease of h/w interface that you will require. Also, read the respective forums to see how many gripes there are about bugs/support. There are a number of avionics suites, which include amongst others Project Magenta, Sim-Avionics, Flight Deck Software, Prosim, Sismo Solutions and others. They vary in price from free to very expensive

    If your going to buy from FDS buy their software and save yourself headaches as they know it inside and out and can configure for you.

    Hi Cameron,
    One Kiwi to another, listen carefully to all the guys here, they have been there and many have been burnt.
    My advice would be the same as Badge, go with someone who can supply both Software and Hardware.
    Seen to much over the years of one company blaming the other and nothing being resolved.
    Have you been on to FDS forum, very imformative there.
    Im in Christchurch and only into General Aviation so cant speak from a Heavy perspective.
