It's almost time for 737 yokes and rudders....

    Hi there,

My Proline TQ from Revolution Simproducts is arriving any time soon, and most of my cockpit's smaller or bigger things-to-do are already covered one way or another, so next comes 737 yokes and rudders...

Revolution Simproducts are great but wayyyy too expensive,

Ace yokes are great too, but if you add up almost 50% of the price to VAT and shipping to Europe, makes them expensive too,

The idea of building columns on my CH yoke is good also, but I am afraid my skills cannot go that far, unless I have good and detailed plans,

So I am nowhere near deciding...

    Any ideas ?

Any other 737 yoke manufacturer that attracts the attention ?

    Thanks,

    yassoo nick............
well if you think manufactured yokes are too expensive (like i did), you may like to consider building your own (like i did).

Hi Nick, I just took delivery of some aluminium casting of 737 yikes from simquip. Pretty impressed with them. You need to paint them yourself and fit switches etc but they were $175 each. So pretty cheap if youre making your own like Ian suggests.
    Hope that help

    Hi there guys

Thanks for the reply. Sorry it took so long to reply, but I haven't seen the answer

Yes I beleive that manufactured yokes are to expensive but that is my personal opinion. I am talking about the usual (non motorized) units of course.

Thanks steve about the info. Can you please post few pics so I can see in more details what you are trying to do... preferably I am going this way too
