    Sidestick?

I did a search and found no obvious sidestick discussions. How much would an authentic sidestick cost? Would one even be for sale somewhere? Any good replica ones on sale? I will probably be happy with just tacking it onto an old joystick base without too much other modifications so the feel of it isn't that important to me, I'm just interested in an authentic looking stick. Any ideas? And also, where could one get the rubber cover thingy?

EDIT: I just stumbled across the flightdecksolutions sidestick and it's... expensive. Looking ofr something a little bit more affordable.

    Re: Sidestick?

A while back a replica sidestick came up and i bought it for $99, and i just have to find a way of mounting it to a mechanism. As far as the bellows go, if youre not looking for the perfect representation, try a car gearstick bellows(the rubber thingy!)

    Hope i helped!

In terms of bellows, I think I'm looking for something as authentic as possible, I'm very picky that way but at least I know what they are called now, but I'll be keeping a look out for replica sidesticks, thanks for the advice.

    Re: Sidestick?

Thanks mpl330 I did a google search of images and acidentally stumbled onto it, very excited, now I just need to figure out whether it's looking like something that will pass up as close enough to the real thing in my eyes. Has anyone ordered one? Any more pictures of it? What sort of plastic is it? Anyone know? I'll have a read of the thread eventually to see whether I'm able to glean more information from it about it but was just hoping other people have purchased it.
