PM PFD/ND general aviation instead of 737...

I am having minor issues with PFD/ND dispalys for the CPT and the F/O.

I must say I am new to PM, and I am now reading the manual and several documents to get the picture.

My 2 clients run 1 PFD/ND for the CPT and 1 PFD/ND for the F/O each. I have noticed some times, but I am not aware when, that both displays turn to general aviation style, instead of the usual 737 style. I do not know why this happens.

Any advice on that please ?

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi Nick

I've not heard of this problem. Do you have the F/O suite from PM?

I was thinking that maybe if you were running the CPT GC.exe on each client, then it wasn't liking it, but I guess that's not the case.

    Just did a test flight....

During taxi, General Aviation gauges... after Take-Off displays changed to 737 gauges and remained till the end !!!!

I cannot see any logic in this...

After few test flights, I can say that when the A/P is engaged the displays change from general aviation to normal 737 PFD/ND display...

Before A/P engage the displays are not of 737 style.

I am going to the GC menu now to see if I have ticked something wrong...

Nick, you have to setup your aircraft position in cdu preflight
Thats mentioned somewhere in Pm manual

As well check your Netdir instalation and database for cdu
there is a utility Pmfilecheck to be shure if all ok

As for the first, I have already done that,

About the Netdir, everything is as the manual says...

Let me give you a few pics for better understanding...

After take off and when the A/P is engaged they change to 737 style...

    Hi Nick

From the pictures you posted above, thats the 737NG instruments when the aircraft is unsure of it's position...
