Wiring help needed!
I am trying to energize a 12v circuit from the same spst push-pull switch that controls my cockpit lights in fsx. DPST push-pull switches are incredibly hard to find, and not cheap.
Is there a way to do this via electronic components? Will hooking up a relay to the 12 v circuit branching off to the fsx i/o circuit to close it do the trick?
If not, do any of you brilliant pit builders have a clever way to accomplish this feat?
Thanks!

Re: Wiring help needed!
Yes Reid - There are other semi-conductor based methods. but using a 12V relay with coil powered/switched by your push-pull switch and wiring the dry relay contacts across your IO Card input will do the job for you and give you isolation betwen the circuits
Cheers,
Rob
