    Opencockpits CDU opening dimension

    Hi

    I am starting to build my CDU bay. I will not yet be purchasing a CDU but I want to be ready for one. Does anyone know the opening size requirement? I know the overall dimension is 150mm x 225mm but I want to be sure of the actual opening dimension.

    Here is a piccy of my CDU bay. In it you will see the twin OC CDU's and the outer dimension you will need to house the OC CDU's.

    So there is a lip around the edges of the unit that will sit on thew edge of the wood?

    Mine sit on a lip on the cdu bay.

    The measurements I gave you were the inside measurements for the CDU to fit in the bay.
    Here is how they look in the bay:
