So expensive shipping costs

Hello,

I'm trying to order a small thing at your site but even if the package weight about 100g I have to pay 50 euro shipping costs to belgium

50euro.... that's what I paid for the shipping of a 15kg package in another store...

Isn't it possible to adjust the shipping cost as the size of the order ?

I'm interested in some of your products, but you can understand that I don't want to pay 2x the price just for shipping..

I would contact the company by email and get a direct quote of the shipping costs. There could be other things included in that as well the duty and taxes depending on the item and taxation in your country. Ask them why it's so high on their website for instance and they may give you a breakdown of the costs. Failing a good answer or resolution to the high cost of shipping I would go with different company...

I just contacted the company and I'm now waiting for their answer.

The shipping cost is not including the taxes, they are also extra... that's making it very expensive...

Something else you may consider is checking on Ebay for the part? Usually shipping although takes longer is much cheaper. It's because they use UPS. Which is one of the most expensive ways to ship internationally. Although there is a great record of the shipment depending on what you order it's sometimes as you have shown so much less then cost effective.

Another way would be if you have a relative/friend (perhaps ever someone here at Mycockpit) that lives near by.. Ask them to buy the item for you and ship it to you.
