I have the intention to create a flight simulation club, and for the argumentation of this one i need some skills that stimulates the flight simulation and the online flyin' and i would like if many of you can tell about the skills, so i appreciate a lot your help!

What simulator experience do you have yourself.
Starting a simulator 'club' would be a large undertaking given that most pilots fly on an individual basis.
Would you be providing a simulator and a site for it to be housed or would all the flying be done on line.
There is so much to look into and more information will be needed before I or certainly those with more experience than me would be able to answer your question.
First and foremost, you need to research the need for a club in your area. If it is a few friends getting together for a fly at your house then your job is done. If the research shows that more people are interested then you will need to start looking for larger premises and then you will need to decide what aircraft you will be modelling.
On the other hand, if you just want to get together with a friendly bunch of people to share stories and learn from each other - thats what you have here already.
