    Hi from england

    New to self build. But I will be v. grateful for any help.

    I am looking at buyimg a bu0836a. Is this recognised as a good starting point?

    Have you checked BU0836X ? http://www.leobodnar.com/products/BU0836X/

    Cost a little extra, but is much easier to use.

    Thanks for reply.

    I Had looked at 386x but cost is a big factor for me.

    I am comfortable soldering.

    My basic ask is 'bu0386a' a good product.

    My main sim is 'lockon'
