How to install the Open Cockpit MCP and EFIS
I have now the Opencockpits MCP and EFIS unit.
Is there anyone who can tell me how to install the software, so it will work?
I have used the software from the site from Opencockpits, but afther that on my MCP not all buttons are correctly installed in the default FSX 737, and on my EFIS only some buttons and knobs ar working. Some of them have a wrong assignment in FSX.
Ihave looked around on the Internet, but no soluttion to fix the problem.
I hope that some of the specialist over here can help me on this.
Thanx in advance

Re: How to install the Open Cockpit MCP and EFIS
As far as all the buttons working, or not working , that will be controlled by what aircraft you are using. If it is the default 737, then not all systems are there and will never work. So you are outta luck there.
If you are willing to get some other avionics package like VasFMC, then you can go into the sioc.ssi file and change some offsets around and get more buttons that work almost like they should.
Or you can go with a good avionics package like sim-avionics/FSD or Project Magenta and get ALL funtions to work as they should.
So you have to balance the cost verses realism. free = 90% , 100% is real expensive (just like real planes)
