FSX wont resize saved views properly

I recently edited the panel.cfg file so that the horizon looks continuous across three monitors. I deselected FULL-SCREEN and saved the the flight. The problem that I'm having is that when I load the saved flight the views appear on the proper screens but they are small and I have to drag the corners of each to fit the screen.
How can I avoid this extra step and have the views extend to the corners of each monitor without manually doing it?

    Thanks

I use this program called panel restore, still not ideal but it helps. If there is a better way I would like to know as well
