    Doing Duz

    grey pvc, thats grey already and doesn't crack.

    sprayed with airbus grey-blue


    sizes:
    outside diameter: 10 mm.
    inside diameter 7.1 mm. / 3.1 mm. deep.
    hole: 4 mm. total height: 6 mm

    The top of the duz is 3mm. raised above the panel
    The screw top is 1mm. below the duz top.

    They look great Flatland, Did you have to change the bit for the rounded/beveled top ?. Would you like to share the dxf or gcode for um..

    the dxf file are 3 centred circles with a diameter of 4, 7.1 and 10 mm.
    yes I had to change the bit, but thats no problem.

    for rounding I use this one

    (and modified it by cutting off the "guide" / lower part)
