Never heard of A2 paper size?.....you kidding me.....a print shop that's never heard of A2.....?

I was a bit surprised as well, I had to look it up on Google for them to tell them what size it even was. Had me thinking that maybe A2 wasn't a standard paper size in North America? I'll make a few more phone calls today. I started my own cockpit in Sketchup last night just for kicks, we'll see how that goes.
Edit: I've spoke with three more print shops this morning and only one would be able to print the PDF document. But even at that they would have to do it on a larger paper size. I was told A2 is a European paper size and isn't used here in Canada?

I have been very busy latelly, but the construction is moving forward, so here is another little update, installed the side window pillars and a original Lear45 1/2 interior mockup is fit for testing:
