    It looks like general aviation traffic is not subject to restrictions. We have normal light aircraft traffic around North East of England flying in and out of controlled airspace (EGNV.)
    I wonder if traffic controllers would pile in with offers of unrestricted "direct to" RAS if you ask them nicely!
    Or does "closed airspace" mean that they would decline RAS/RIS and won't grant terminal area transitions?
    How does this work in practice?

    in the Netherlands:
    on saturday a glider was fined for flying (the knvvl started talks with airtraffic control)
    on saturday we told Nieuw Millingen that we were going to paraglide,
    the told us; but the airspace is closed. we had no problems. hot air ballons also flew.

    today (sunday)
    only non-motorized flying officially allowed (and one testflight of KLM)

    in about 50 min. EHAM will open for some continental flights
    20:20 local time.
    Shanghai Dubay and New-York 3 flights tonight
    tomorrow Europe will have "save" and "unsave" corridors.

    Runway 36 clear for take off.....
