It prints out on Arch E paper which is 36x48. I did not try to tile as I wanted an easy to use cutting template. Actual dimensions of the panel are appx. 39.25" x 18.5".

I'm probably better sending it off to a local print shop then. Do you think it will be available in Australia?

Can't really help you with Ozzie paper sizes, I am afraid. Would be worth an email to your printer to ask. Only cost about 7 USD to do. It was readily available in the US. If not, then someone who knows AutoCAD can take the .dwg file I posted and convert it to local paper size for you.

Found a printing service that does up to 841mm in width. If someone could nicely resize that so I will be able to print with these guys as it's only $8.20. They can go to any length.

There is no need to re-size as their print size is bigger then the width of the drawing. At 841mm = 84.1cm = 33.64". The drawing is 18.25" so you have a margin 15.39" or 7.7" on the top and bottom.. If I remember correctly the drawing is formatted that way. You turned it so you can view it but when they print they won't do that. So they don't need anything from you but the pdf or dwg if they have Autocad (most likely) as large format printing is most common in blueprints.

They will charge you the same no matter how much width you use so you can take advantage of that and use the space for something else. Like the center console perhaps. The area where your trims are located.

I'm surprising a good friend with the panel in mdf, as he discontinued his PPL, and he's dreaming of building a better simulator, but has about.. oh.. ten thumbs?

So, thanks again for the pdf!

(building speakers after plans I'm used to building after plans with dimensions on them, not to scale. Just printing it out and drawing on the mdf will be less work I expect, especially with this many holes )
