Thanks for your reply.
There are existing drawings but i changed the design during the building proces.
Roughly i used the following drawings and description :

The arm rests have a bold and an extra piston sticking out below the rest to keep the arm rest up, simple but effective. First we experimented with an internal construction but this was too light to keep the rest at it's place.
The castors are just lockable and we've not the intention to run the hole seat on a rail. Before take off i just lock the wheels but it's not quite nessesary because the seat won't ride away anyway.
