I was thinking that - makes the mdf look like metal
Bet it was a lot of sanding first!

    A flashmob!

We can also assemble at my place in a couple of weeks. Kinsy and I are planning to make the newer Ipeco seats instead of the Webers.

The drawings are almost ready. We can have the entire workshop of a guy who makes custom kitchens for the ritch. So while we're there, we make 4 seats in 1 go.

Yep, that's a real ipeco seat - can never work out quite why they are so expensive!

I wish I lived around the corner from Leylstad! Perth is the world's most isolated city, it costs a small fortune to go anywhere.
They certainly are great looking crew seats, well done and thank you for sharing with the community. Your pit looks great, I would suggest fitting some temporary black curtains to the sides and overhead. You will be blown away with how much the emersion factor increases, I did this during my sim build and and I was so disappointed that I hadn't done it sooner!

    Cheers and Regards,

    Gwyn

Anychance of making a couple more in bouwpakket form? Ie, just the wood cut to size, .... I have no problem assembling them but my jigsaw and I aren't the best of friends when it comes to precision work. Of course I would pay for the wood and the extra bit for your labour...

LOL! It looks as if those seat photographs are taken outside someones garage at home. Not very professional for a company selling seats to Boeing for 28k each!
