    Just trying to throw some humor in this post as dimensions can really be a lengthy topic.

    ....I guess there will be many more sizes to come, just needed something standard to work on, the overhead will be made a whole panel and wasnt too sure if the gaps between the panels counted as the final size instead of all the panel butted close together, if there was lets say 3-5mm between each column then that would change the overall size.....just wanted to get it right first time.

    The tape measure you will use to mark out the dimensions will have mm down one side and inches down the other.

    And to add more to your dilema, the Engravity FWD OHD mounting frame is 663 x 712mm, and the enclosure it sits in is 665 x 715mm.

    Your original sizes were pretty close.
