    Hi, Skino

Updated within 4 minutes. Probably the fastest cockpit building progress I´ve ever seen. LOL

    Seriously, that´s looking very good.

Re: Another Bell Cockpit in progress...

Thanks to everyone for their kind welcome and apologies for the rough English

This panel has milled a friend. I have created with this Freeware.

    http://www.schaeffer-ag.de/en/downlo...-designer.html

Plexiglas coated gray and the font milled for the backlight

The files for the overhead panel I have uploaded

Next, the room for the simulator is being renovated and a simple motion platform built

Other projects can be found here. http://sofapilot.so.ohost.de/index.htm

The 737 project is stopped but the Goose is built further...

Re: Another Bell Cockpit in progress...

I never thought of using a backlight behind it (the real panels are solid aluminum) but that should be easy to read.

Maybe Bell should run with your idea,,,,

although our JetRanger is scheduled to be phased out and discontinued.

Thanks for the details and pictures.

Re: Another Bell Cockpit in progress...

Thank you for your kind words, Jess

I make no such high demands on the degree of reality. It should be simple, looking good and be fun. Keep in mind, i fly with a bathroom door as shell and old vacuum cleaner tubes as controls...

This is the true meaning of "simulator"
