    Ex58/I7 Win7 64 bit Matrox th2go digital

    Hi all,
    Anyone using the above hardware?.If so would you please tell me what
    version of Display drivers,GXM software you use.I cannot get 5040 resolution.
    Ive been over to Widescreengaming Forum,it seems those that have this hardware setup seem to have problems.Other mbd/cpu combo seem to work.
    So i was just wondering if anyone has been successful here with it.
    Thanks For reading and look forward to your comments.

    I have just installed a DX58SO Intel Mobo, i7_920 @ 3GHz, win7_64 with a 9800GTX+.
    You MUST use a dual DVI connection !!! It won't work using the VGA connector.

    Kind regards, Nico

    Some monitors do not support the 5040x1050 modes - like the Acer 2216W which I have. The WSGF has a list of the working and known problem monitors. There is a work around on some.

    Re: Ex58/I7 Win7 64 bit Matrox th2go digital

    Thanks for the replys guys.Gone over to XP 64.Leaving Win 7 till Matrox gets its act together;

    Skylane:You have hardware similar to mine(same cpu/Video card.Have you installed FSX and Acceleration or SP2.Have you experienced any Flashing of your screen with large white or black sections.These are very quick.
    My setup does this if i either load Acceleration or just SP2.Sp1 is ok.
    Trying to work out if i have a hardware problem.This was with XP 32 bit.
    Ive since upgraded to XP 64 and it is very much better.
    Be very interested in your comments.
