    LED,s Projectors

    Whats everyones thoughts on these?? They were mentioned on local radio here so thought they might be worth a post here.. http://ledprojectors.com.au/home.html

    If thjey come in 1024x768 or a higher resolution , than it would be an option.

    Keep in mind that the advantage is long bulb life, but the disadvantage is brightness and projection size. LED projectors need to be used in a 100% darkened room. Also 100" across is not as big as you think it is in comparision of more traitional bulb projectors.

    I've read somewhere the LED's will be replaced by laser technology, soon. That's where it will get extremely interesting and much brighter.

    I have too read exciting things about the LED technology. But I guess at the moment it is very expensive for an average simmer

    Very expensive for high lumens anyways. The average LED projector is a pico-projector and it's small and low lumens. Totally different market focus than we are.

    Yes Laser projectors are the future.
    5000 ANSI, crystal clear picture and 30.000+ lamp hours.
