    Smile Bruce from Kauai

Hi, I have just joined. I have been interested in aircraft equipment since I was 13 years old. I am now 72 with 31 years as an electrical engineer with the Navy involved with test and evaluation of new navy aircraft. I have recently purchased the primary flight instrument panels and throttle quadrant unit from a retired DC-9 and I want to design and build a hardware-in-the-loop cockpit flight simulator. My limited research shows me that most sim builders obtain digital flat panel displays. I would like to interact with some one who is familiar with the synchro/resolver analog world. I hope someone out there is doing what I am just starting.
