    Help with switcches

Hi i hope someone can help me this is probably a silly question for many of you here but i am just getting into the hole cockpit building and there is alot to learn .

Anyway i can't seem to find any specific information about the difference between two switches they are ON-OFF-ON and MON-OFF-MON my question what is the difference between the two switches ?

I really have a hard time figuring it out, to me looking, and what i found out so far, they do the same thing ?.

    Re: Help with switcches

The ON-OFF-ON switch will have three positions in which the switch can actually stay. In the middle will be off, switching either up or down will turn the switch on and the switch will be able to stay in that position.
The MON switch will only stay in the off position. Switching it either up or down will turn in on, but it is spring loaded and will return back to the off position. I think the M stands for momentary, meaning that the switch is only ever momentarily on.
Someone correct me if I磎 wrong.
