    It looks more like a upgraded -200 series throttle to me.

    - smaller type of stab-trim switches like the older 200 series throttlles
    - 2 bay pedestal, like 200 series

    It does look like it has the following 300 series parts:

    - 300 series throttle levers
    - automatic lift of the spoiler lever
    - metal guard above fuel levers has the shape of the 300/ng series
