saitek and fsx qestion

hi all this my me a easy problem i had the sim in good and working contision
with my saitek pro flight yoke,peddales comm,and switch panel all were ok
i tryed to help a frend on an addon that was not working and i reistaled fsx after that my comm panel do not work and the swithch panel dose work but the leds are not working i downloaded new drivers from the saitek site and when i go to programes/saitekpro flight panels/launch flight simx manuly plugin
a windows error pops up saying "THIS APPLICATION HAS FAILD TO START BECAUSE THE APPLICATION CONFIGURATION IS INCORRECT REINSTALLING THE APPLUCATION MAY FIX THIS PROBLEM"i reinstal divers and softwere and re boot pc try again but the same thing happens this my help i dont now if fsuipc4
comes with fsx but i down load it and try to install and that crashes too!!!!!!
it says YOUR FSX INSTALATION IS INCORRECT THE VERSION OF SIM CONNECT
ISTALED WILL NOT RUN FSUIPC4 YOU MAY NEED TO REPAIR THE INSTALATION TO RECTIFI THE FIRST i run the fsx cd to repair but nothing changes any ideas????????????

i dont know about the panels, but i have the pro flight instrumnt and x52, and saitek has a dll module that needs to run...did you install that?
