    Hello from Copenhagen, Denmark

    Hello everybody

    My name is Bjarne Horsboel
I am 50 years old and live in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I have been flying FS since 1984 on Atari computer http://fshistory.simflight.com/fsh/fsii.htm
    FPS= Slideshow he-he !
Member of Mycockpit since 23-4-09 and read all post´s, so I think it´s time to introduce myself.

    My heart beats for GA.......!

When ever possible , I have a friend who instruct me and let me fly a C172.
Thats why I want to build a C172 cockpitt or a generic cockpitt.
I use to fly online on IVAO ( member of the danish staff - DK-TA2 , Trainning assistent)
But I also fly offline and love to listen to my UNIDEN USC230 scanner providing me with real ATC listening ( good for learning) PS. This morning I heard Air Force One com. With EKCH App.

At the moment I have 2 PC in network.
    FSWide and FSUIPC reg.vers. installed
    PC 1( XP) with FS9 installed, 2 monitors ( 1= outlook 2= Custom instrumt.panel)
PC 2 (XP) Active Sky, IVAO, teamspeak, etc.etc.
CH Yoke, CH pedals ( modified) , CH Throttle
    7 Goflight moduels´ (avionics) ( trim,gear,flaps )

I have a good understanding of how to build yoke, pedals, and throttle with use of BU0836X
And I think (hope) I understand how to use Phidget and FS2Phidget ( questions will come)

If I had the money I would use simkits or flightilusion for instruments.
But for now I will use my money for a new PC and maybe matrox and 3 monitors or maybe a projector ... ???

For instruments I will use PEIX or PM on third PC via Fswide.

I will build in MDF 6mm (maybe 9 mm or 12 mm) a desktop cockpitt.
Later I will uploade pictures of “before and after” ... at the moment my cockpitt looks like a electronic lab.

Big thanks to everybody on Mycockpit and specially to ALEX for supporting GA.

I hope this is the start for many years of enjoy.

Please execuse my english ! If you rather like to write in danish ..thats ok !

    Best regards

    Bjarne Horsbøl

1984, that's about when I started flying SubLogics C-64 version
