Simulator with X-plane
Not sure you guys saw Nikola's post introducing his new website:
http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/showthread.php?t=17135
I visited him recently, and was amazed at the results he has achieved with his simulator using X-plane. It shows what's possible if you dig deep into X-plane's capabilities (and have the software skills to use those capabilities)
Nikola has been able to generate really nice panels, high fidelity motion data, and his plug-in for generating triple view with 1 PC (including geometrical correction & blending for using 3 projectors on cylindrical screen) is a great piece of work.
The cockpit is still in construction phase, but looks very promising.
His website is definitely worth a look!RR

Re: Simulator with X-plane
Thanks, Roland. I had missed it. I've been curious about how to extend the X-Plane visual system. His website gives a very eye-opening example.
