    Now here's a new project...

There we were putting in a new floor in the hangar when I was told that this, languisinh in a dusty back corner and covered in oil, should be moved to the flight sim room. Now here's a project. (sorry about the shaky pics)

I've seen a picture of something like it before but can't remember the name.

Not sure yet. I need to get it cleaned off for a closer look. I'll try and get some better pics.

    Ha Ha....

You won this from ebay around 2 weeks ago yeah?

I was going to bid for this, I could of easily won this, but generally couldnt be bothered to drive all the way to shropshire to get it!

I cant believe someone actually bidded for this, this is 110-130v to my knowledge......would love to know how much money it costs you to get this working.....

    Cheers...

    All the best......

As a matter of fact I didn't get it from E-bay, as I said, it was in the back of the hangar and had probably been there since the early days of the flying club. It would be useful to know if you could find the listing.

Re: Now here's a new project...

    Now that is really weird....

A very unusual trainer (exactly the same as pictured with pedals) turns up on ebay around 2 weeks ago and the next thing we know its on mycockpit.org....weird

Its funny coz they said exactly the same thing, that they dug it out of their hanger in a flying club in shropshire....

OK for what I know about it, it is 110v-130v powered, the rest? I really haven't got a clue, How does this work????

Can't you open it up and see what's inside it?

Re: Now here's a new project...

It's a small world between Shropshire and Norfolk!

I haven't had a chance to open it up yet but a closer look shows it as an Analog Traing Computers ATC 510 from 1978. Its 220 volt but that's all I know for now.

    Check out this link though:

    Some more pics below.

I wont get a chance to look into it for a while as we are preparing for our Seething Airfield Charity Air Day (Unashamed Plug!) on Saturday 5th September. completre with BBMF flyby and Twister Display.
